 Direct Push Analytical takes pride in customer satisfaction. As a testament to our emphasis on customer service and trying to out perform the competition, we have implemented a Customer Satisfaction Survey Form that we request be completed by both the onsite contact as well as the Project Manager. The survey is a comprehensive form that is provided to all of our clients at the completion of each job....14 questions, consisting of rating our performance on a scale of 1-10 including some yes/no responses.
Currently,
since its inception beginning September 2003, 354 responses
have been received and tabulated. Results
through the 2nd Quarter of 2008 indicate a company wide cumulative rating of
9.12 (company wide cumlative rating), with 10 being the highest. These numbers are
not surprising to us - we strive to satisfy all of
our customers to the highest satisfaction rating. If
for whatever reason you did not receive a survey upon
completion of your project, feel free to complete and
submit one via email or fax (just link to it above).
